Life has taught me many valuable lessons.
Growing up, I faced adversity from living in poverty and a victim of bullying. On the outside, I would put on a fake smile to look “normal”. But on the inside was painful. I struggled with my personal doubts, defeats, and depression. I even suffered with thoughts about giving up on my life.
Things changed when a kid from high-school ended his life early. After attending his funeral, I came to a realization of how fragile yet precious our life was. I knew I needed to make a positive change in my life and strive for happiness, living with purpose and meaning.
So, I began learning about how our thoughts, emotions, behavior, and the brain worked altogether. I educated myself with psychology, studying the connection between mental health and how it affects our happiness & performance at work.

I have faced many dark moments and challenges of running a business. I did the ‘hustle’ in an unhealthy way leading to burnout. Sometimes…I wanted to give up! But despite the obstacles, I learned the importance of resilience, perseverance, and self-confidence.
